I attribute my success to perseverance and determination—I earned my bachelor’s degree as a single mother, completed my MBA while working full time and caring for my mother, and steadily worked my way up in the manufacturing industry to earn my current promotion.

The best career advice I've ever received was to work hard, stay focused and have and integrity. These attributes will speak for you.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
In this industry or any other, always put your best foot forward. Know your worth and also present yourself in a professional manner. Be agile and demonstrate your strengths whenever possible.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family, balance, and enjoying life’s journey are most important to me—whether it’s through meaningful work or taking road trips with my loved ones to explore new places and make lasting memories.
