The best career advice I’ve ever received is: “Don’t worry, God is always with us, and He’s never going to leave.” This guidance reminds me to stay calm, trust the process, and approach challenges with faith and confidence, knowing I’m never alone in my journey.

The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is: “A closed mouth doesn’t get fed.” Speak up, be authentically yourself, and stand up for what you believe in. Advocate for your ideas, ask for opportunities, and never underestimate the power of your voice in shaping your career.

The biggest challenge—and opportunity—in my field right now is navigating the landscape as a woman in business.
