Brenda Ramirez Rayas

I am a finance and accounting professional with over a decade of experience in financial management, controller functions, and strategic planning across multiple industries, currently serving as Finance Manager at the El Paso Chamber, a role I have held since January 2025, where I lead financial operations and support the chamber's mission of community and business development.

Prior to this role, I served as Controller at Planet Fitness for over a year, where I managed financial reporting and operations, as Director of Finance at SMI Facility Services for over seven years, where I led financial strategy and management, and as Finance Manager at The Mattress Store for over two years. I also had an interview with CTS Electronic Components in 2015.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from ITCJ and completed training at Dale Carnegie Training.

Whether I am managing finance for a chamber of commerce, leading controller functions for a fitness company, or directing financial strategy for a facility services company, I bring a detail-oriented, results-driven, and collaborative approach that has earned trust from colleagues and leadership.
