Her Interview
Ten minutes with Brenda
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family, who motivate me to grow so we can create more experiences together and so I can show my daughter what she can achieve. I am also driven by my own sense of accomplishment and by the opportunity to help my team succeed. As I grow as a leader, I find fulfillment in supporting others and helping them advance their careers. Our family motto is simple: we work hard and we play hard.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to remember that success is not a competition. Instead of trying to succeed alone, focus on building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others. Your colleagues can help you grow, learn, and become better, so embrace teamwork and recognize that you do not have to achieve your goals by yourself.
