About Brenda
Brenda Williams is a Chartered Accountant South Africa who earned her designation in 2022. She completed a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences at the University of Johannesburg in 2019, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. Her professional path included serving as an academic trainee lecturing in taxation and finance at the University of Johannesburg for one year, then working as an audit trainee at Ernest and Young for two years while completing her board exams. She advanced to Audit Manager before transitioning to a consultancy role in Arlington, Virginia. Williams maintains strong ties to her community in South Africa as a youth leader and mentor with LRC Church, also known as Love Reaching Communities, where she supports young people in pursuing opportunities after their studies. She values ethical conduct, treating others with respect according to the golden rule, and living a life that brings pride at the end of the day.
