Briana Brown, MPA

Briana Brown, MPA, is a dedicated Life Coach, Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Project Manager with a strong background in organizational support, communications, and mission-driven leadership. Based in the Greater Augusta Area, she brings a blend of precision, creativity, and adaptability to every role she serves. Briana holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Augusta University and is recognized for her commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaborative problem-solving in fast-paced professional environments.
Her career spans a wide range of experiences across administrative services, public sector operations, and digital communications. Briana currently serves as an Executive Assistant with Black Women in Media and an Administrative Assistant at Augusta Technical College, while also managing social media strategy for SwagHer Magazine and Media. She previously worked with the Florida Department of Revenue in both revenue and tax specialist roles, where she developed strong analytical, compliance, and customer service expertise. In addition, her experience with the Florida Department of Children and Families as an abuse counselor deepened her understanding of trauma-informed care and human behavior, ultimately shaping the direction of her professional journey.
Briana’s path into life coaching has been profoundly shaped by her own experiences with trauma, healing, and personal transformation. As a military child who frequently relocated including time spent in Germany where she faced cultural isolation she developed an early awareness of emotional resilience and human connection. These experiences, along with later personal challenges and a season of deep reflection, led her to uncover a calling to help others heal from relational and generational wounds. She now specializes in guiding individuals through healing in all areas of life including self-identity, family dynamics, romantic relationships, and personal trauma, integrating biblical principles and psychological insight to support lasting transformation. Through her coaching, writing, and speaking, Briana is committed to helping people release limiting patterns and embrace the identity and purpose they were created for, always leading with authenticity, compassion, and lived experience.
