01What do you attribute your success to?
Every single step in my career has contributed to my success, from every supervisor and team member I've worked with. I especially attribute it to seasoned team members with 20 plus years of experience who have invaluable knowledge to pass down. I intentionally build relationships with experienced people in every position, leaning on their expertise just like I did when teaching in education where my best team included retired teachers with decades of experience.
