Her Interview

Ten minutes with Briana

01What do you attribute your success to?

I’ve gotten where I am because I refuse to give up, no matter how hard things get. And at the center of it all is my family—they’re my reason, my motivation, and my strength.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve received is to stay consistent, even when results aren’t immediate. Success isn’t about one big moment—it’s about showing up every day and not quitting.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t wait until you feel ready—start before that. This industry can be tough, but confidence comes from doing, not waiting. Trust yourself, ask questions, and don’t let anyone make you feel like you don’t belong.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Being a woman in this space, I think there’s a real opportunity to lead through structure and understanding the numbers. You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room—you just have to know what’s working, what’s not, and how to fix it.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me are consistency, integrity, and family.

Consistency is a big one—I believe in showing up every day and doing the work, even when it’s not easy or when results aren’t immediate. That’s what builds real success over time.

Integrity is just as important. I believe in doing things the right way, being honest, and standing behind what I say—whether it’s in business or in my personal life.

And everything I do is rooted in my family. They’re my biggest motivation and the reason I push as hard as I do. At the end of the day, success doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t support the people you care about.
