Brianna Edmunds
Brianna Edmunds is an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Any Hour Group, where she combines operational leadership with executive support in a hybrid role. Since joining the company in May 2025 after completing her MBA, she has overseen the events and travel department, led cross-functional projects such as launching an online store and unifying Amazon accounts across branches, and temporarily managed HR and legal coordination during leadership transitions. Brianna’s ability to streamline processes, manage complex calendars, and execute strategic initiatives has made her a key partner to the executive team.
Prior to her current role, Brianna spent seven years at Vivint, gaining experience in executive support, inventory control, performance management, and operations. Her career is marked by a focus on efficiency, technology integration, and team collaboration, consistently leveraging her skills to enhance organizational performance. Recognized early in her career with an “All-In” customer service award, Brianna has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and service across every position she has held.
Brianna holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. She brings a family-first mindset to her professional life, viewing motherhood as a strength that informs her leadership and work ethic. Passionate about employee engagement and community impact, she has launched wellness initiatives and charitable programs while continuing to expand her expertise in operations, strategic planning, and executive leadership.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, dedication, and perseverance—balancing the pursuit of my MBA with raising three daughters and having the support of my husband. I also credit Any Hour Group for fostering a customer-first culture that inspires me every day.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is that being a working mom is possible, and being a woman is your superpower. Own your identity as both a leader and a mother, embrace your strengths, work hard, and pursue what you want unapologetically.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is balancing the hard work required to deliver high-quality services while also providing the care and attention that customers need.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are giving 100% to my job while also dedicating time and love to my family. I prioritize customer-focused service, a family-first mindset, and practical initiatives that support employee engagement and well-being.
