Ten minutes with Brianna
01What do you attribute your success to?
Having great mentors, being willing to jump in and adapt to whatever's needed, being open to learning, and building strong relationships with people.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You don't have a right to the cards you should have been dealt, but an obligation to play the hell out of the ones you're holding. I feel like that applies to everything, and I've carried that throughout my career as well as in life.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to speak up and speak your mind. Remain true to who you are and don't be afraid to put in the work.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The fashion industry is very competitive, so keeping at the forefront of trends and staying relevant is a never-ending journey.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is a really big one. With my work and in life, I aim to be an authentic, real person that people can relate to. Also I would say transparency. At Princess Polly we're very transparent, we're collaborative, people don't work in silos.
