About Brianna
Brianna Torres Moore is a Salesforce Administrator and Data Manager at California Coverage & Health Initiatives, where she supports mission-driven healthcare initiatives by building systems that improve access to care and strengthen community health programs. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, she manages multiple Salesforce instances serving partner organizations, overseeing user access, configuration, automation, reporting, and data governance. Her work ensures that community health organizations have accurate, reliable information to track enrollment, retention, utilization, and grant outcomes.
Since transitioning into Salesforce administration in 2023, Brianna has built a career at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and nonprofit impact. She has led large-scale data cleanup and migration efforts, standardized thousands of records, designed Salesforce data models, created automated workflows using Salesforce Flows, and developed dashboards that help leaders and funders make informed decisions. As the sole Salesforce administrator supporting partner organizations, she also provides end-user training, documentation, and quarterly Salesforce forums to increase adoption and empower nontechnical users.
Brianna’s professional journey reflects resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning. Before entering the Salesforce ecosystem, she developed strong skills in customer service, business operations, and process improvement, including experience in retail systems and project management. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my grit and unwavering determination. I believe in failing forward—learning from setbacks, staying persistent, and never giving up until I achieve my goals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to bet on myself and never give up. I believe that if you can envision it and truly believe in it, you can achieve it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't give up. If you want it don't give it up. Keep plugging away one foot in front of the other because the right door will open as long as you are taking the steps.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is adapting to AI. While technology can enhance efficiency, there is still a critical need for human judgment, empathy, and decision-making that AI cannot replace—especially in administrative roles.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, honesty, trust, and transparency. I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Above all, I strive to lead with kindness, compassion, and love in both my work and personal life.
