About Brianna
Brianna Rapp is a ministry professional whose expertise blends the nonprofit sector with storytelling and communications. She began her career in college with an internship in the Philippines focused on human trafficking issues, where she documented survivor stories through photography and communications work. She continued for five years with the organization in DC, traveling overseas, and later lived in Nepal for a year with another organization before moving to New York City. There she has worked for a church, preached, and founded the nonprofit Jesus and Women Global to translate Bible studies into multiple languages for free distribution. She also volunteers with the meal program at All Angels Church. Currently, she is onboarding with the BEMA Discipleship Bible podcast. Brianna attributes her path to God writing her story, the inspiration of other women, supportive communities, and an abundant mindset, and she encourages young women to pursue their callings with faith and self-belief.

01What do you attribute your success to?
First and foremost God has been the one to write my story. Other women have really inspired me. I've been blessed to be surrounded by a community of women who support me. So much of where I've gotten has been who I've known, the experiences I've sought out, and trying to see the world through more of a lens of good than bad, having more of an abundant mindset than a scarcity mindset.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
A lot of women just believe very little of themselves and don't pursue things that their heart is feeling called by. Go after your dreams, don't feel that you're not worthy of it. Trust that God will carry you. Believe that you're capable and worthy of making incredible impacts in the world if you just take the leap and do it.
