Her Interview

Ten minutes with Brianna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being myself and bringing a unique perspective to an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated. By focusing on education, empathy, and the emotional side of money, I help clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in their financial decisions.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be yourself. Early in my career, I often felt like I needed to fit into a mold that wasn't naturally me, especially in rooms where I was one of the few women (or even the only woman). The most meaningful growth came when I stopped trying to emulate others and started leaning into my own strengths, perspective, and communication style. Authenticity is a strength, not a limitation.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Authenticity, compassion, and service are at the core of everything I do. I believe in meeting people where they are, helping them navigate challenges with confidence, and creating meaningful relationships built on trust. Personally and professionally, I am motivated by helping others grow, succeed, and live more fulfilling lives.
