About Brianna
Brianna is an accomplished quality management leader whose expertise spans the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and contract manufacturing industries. As Quality System Manager at E-BEAM Services Inc., she is responsible for driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the organization. With a unique combination of scientific and business expertise, Brianna leverages her deep understanding of quality systems and operational strategy to strengthen organizational performance while ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality products.
A lifelong learner and advocate for operational excellence, Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences as well as a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. Her multidisciplinary educational foundation has enabled her to bridge the gap between technical quality requirements and broader business objectives. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for leading with collaboration, implementing process improvements, and fostering cross-functional partnerships that drive measurable results. Prior to joining E-BEAM Services, she advanced through a series of quality leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she played a key role in enhancing quality systems, supporting product launches, and improving operational efficiency.
Since entering the quality profession in 2018, Brianna has distinguished herself as a forward-thinking leader who believes quality should be a strategic business function rather than simply a compliance requirement. She is passionate about cultivating cultures of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation, helping teams understand the critical role quality plays in organizational success. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to genuine passion for what I do and caring for the business. I like learning and strive to not be the stereotypical quality person that everyone runs away from. I make sure I have a business mindset so decisions benefit the business and allow us to grow while putting out quality products we can be proud of.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be true to who you are, trust your gut, and be willing to listen to others. A hurdle isn't necessarily a hurdle; it's a learning experience. Use your community to help get through tough times. Don't stick to your department; work cross-functionally to learn the big picture, create networks, and gain skills while staying open-minded.
