Her Story
About Briannah
Briannah Williams is the founder of Brilliant Repairs in Rochester, New York. She has been operating as an LLC for four years, though her interest in fixing things began earlier with personal projects like repairing a hand mixer and frustrations with phone companies. As an Apple repair certified technician and WBE (women-owned business), she provides technology repairs, supports nonprofit organizations with Apple equipment, and teaches IT concepts to younger kids and the public through programs like Wired for Opportunity. Her work has led to nominations for emerging women of the year in technology and Women of the Year. Williams emphasizes authenticity, trusting one's gut, and loving what one does, drawing from her experiences as a one-woman show that has grown through word of mouth and community impact.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take your time. Less is more. Treat your business the way that you would want to be treated. Be authentic, trust your gut, don't be scared to walk into the same room as a thousand men. Love what you do with your whole heart.
