I am a quality assurance and software testing professional with a strong background in automation, manual testing, and quality lifecycle management, currently serving as Quality Assurance Lead at RowsOne, a role I have held since February 2026, where I lead quality assurance initiatives and drive testing strategy. Prior to this promotion, I served as Senior QA Engineer at RowsOne for six months, where I developed and executed comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

Before joining RowsOne, I served as Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Searchcraft for nearly one year, where I applied strong analytical skills and test automation expertise to support quality assurance efforts. I also spent five years as Quality Assurance Specialist at Chalk in Denver, Colorado, where I led quality assurance initiatives, specializing in UI Automation scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and XCUITest, performed API testing with Postman, conducted load tests to ensure system scalability, established robust testing lifecycles and manual test cases, and actively engaged in code reviews and local testing within GitHub and Bitbucket.

Earlier in my career, I served as Team Lead at Bright Horizons for over two years, where I guided teams focused on child enrollment and childcare center operations, developed comprehensive technical documentation, analyzed team metrics, led User Acceptance Testing for new products, and played a key role in maintaining standardized quality interactions with parents.

Across my career in quality assurance and team leadership, my work has been driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality software products, building robust testing frameworks, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. Whether I am leading QA initiatives, developing automation scripts, or ensuring product reliability through testing, I bring a detail-oriented approach, strong technical skills, and a dedication to excellence that supports successful software releases and client satisfaction.
