Her Interview

Ten minutes with Brianne

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say being stubborn, that's pretty much it. It's the ownership in it - I have built this through every decision.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Just keep going. That advice has shaped everything I have followed through every decision.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just get your foot in the door for where you think you want to be, and keep your mind open. You might end up doing something adjacent that you enjoy more. With technology changing, you might be working in a career in 5 years that didn't exist yet.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges are technology and AI - stay up on technology. Also the social component: some people can't hold a conversation. It's a skill, so put yourself out there and get used to dealing with all different types of personalities.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I'm incredibly regimented and boring to a fault, so consistency and I like to stick to a schedule and be consistent... being reliable and consistent. That's probably my two biggest values when it comes to work.
