About Bridget
I am a Digital Solutions Lead at WGL, where I have served since January 2025, responsible for engagement, demand backlog management, and delivery of digital sustainment services supporting the US Utilities business transformation. Previously, I was a Lead Systems Analyst at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, supporting Member Services for healthcare software applications in an Agile environment. Earlier, I spent four years at SAIC as a Principal Business Analyst supporting the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, and four years at Serco as a Business Process Analyst on the same contract. I began my career as a Consultant at Deloitte, supporting the Veterans Benefits Management System program. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in Agile methodologies, business process analysis, requirements management, and cross-functional leadership.
