Her Interview
Ten minutes with Bridget
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to try anything new, and it's okay to not know what you want to be when you grow up. Building strong communication and listening skills is very important. Prepare ahead for meetings by reviewing agendas and anticipating questions to have meaningful conversations.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Embracing the use of AI to make agents more efficient without replacing them, and scaling operations with technology as a smaller health insurance organization without always adding staff when membership grows.
