Ten minutes with Bridget
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong relationships I've built by being dependable, authentic, and leading with integrity. Influence is about the way you make people feel and the example that you set. I pride myself in mentoring coworkers, supporting my team, and creating content that helps people feel more confident and capable.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received is to take a chance on yourself and step out of your comfort zone when opportunities arise. Change brings bigger opportunities, whether financially or meeting the right people.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The beauty industry is very small, so maintain relationships no matter if it's through an interview or at a networking event. Everyone knows somebody. You'll never know who you'll run into years later, so networking properly and maintaining relationships is important.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Growth often comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone. Every career transition requires adapting quickly, building confidence, and trusting abilities, which makes you more resilient and a stronger leader.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Growth, confidence, and making meaningful impact. Being surrounded by ambitious women who push each other to grow, developing as a leader, and using experiences to encourage other women.
