Her Interview

Ten minutes with Bridget

01What do you attribute your success to?

The drive came from my children, just wanting to be able to take care of them to the best of my ability and give them everything that they deserved. Continued education is also extremely important because the world's changing fast every day and there are different and better ways to do things.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Believe in yourself. So many times we don't have confidence and that's something I've learned even just with age. Confidence is key and when you believe in yourself other people will too.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be confident because most of the time they view you just the same as themselves. There's going to be the few that do try to knock you down but have confidence. Believe and trust in yourself and work hard.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Time management is huge especially in this role because I am taking care of all the incoming leads, also doing the networking and taking care of our socials. I've decided I'm gonna take two really good planning days a month and plan out my week.
