About Bridget
I am a logistics and supply chain professional with over a decade and a half of experience across transportation, process improvement, and project management. I currently serve as Logistics Manager at CARDTRONICS USA, INC (formerly NCR Corporation), a remote role I have held since November 2023, and I continue in a logistics management capacity at NCR Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, a position I have held since April 2023. In these roles, I oversee freight audit and payment, manage supplier implementations, support sales inventory and operational planning, provide business unit support with BI tools for periodic reviews, diffuse escalations from transportation providers, develop coding logic to drive accurate GL cost allocations, and maintain contractual payments for over five million transactions and approximately one hundred and eighty million dollars in spend per year.
I have been with NCR Corporation since June 2014, where I also serve as a Senior FAP Analyst in Logistics, SCS, and Project Management, managing project management initiatives, supplier implementations, and complex logistics operations.
Before joining NCR, I spent over five years as a Senior Process Improvement Specialist at Siemens Industry, Inc. in Atlanta, where I focused on process improvement, freight payment resolution, event coordination, tradeshow support, and logistics and supply chain solutions across corporate functions, utilizing SAP and AS400 systems. I also served as Southeast Logistics Manager at ConAgra Poultry (now Pilgrim's Pride) for nearly three years, where I was responsible for transportation coordination across three finished product plants in Georgia and Louisiana, assigning lane assignments to carriers based on routing guides and contracts, acting as the liaison between carriers and CASS Information Systems regarding billing and payments, and onboarding and implementing new carriers as needed.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Marketing Management from the University of North Georgia and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Lanier Technical College. Across my career in logistics, supply chain, and process improvement, my work has been driven by a commitment to operational excellence, cost efficiency, and building strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Whether I am managing multimillion-dollar freight spend, developing process improvements, or resolving complex logistics escalations, I bring a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and a focus on results that keep supply chains moving and businesses thriving.
