Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this industry to develop thick skin and remain resilient. Rejection is part of the journey—every “no” brings you one step closer to a “yes.” Stay focused on your goals, trust your abilities, and don’t allow setbacks to distract you from your long-term vision.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important value to me, both in my work and personal life, is giving back. I believe in using my skills, resources, and opportunities to support others and make a positive impact. Whether through collaboration, mentorship, or community involvement, giving back creates meaningful connections and drives purpose in everything I do.
