Her Interview
Ten minutes with Bridgette
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't wait, just do it now. The sooner, the better. There's gonna be hurdles, no matter what, like, whatever age you are at. I didn't want to wait 10 to 20 years to get a whole bunch of experience, I know that it's just gonna keep coming every day, so that would be my advice, just dive in.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being conscious of water and sustainability is big for me. I want to show clients we can still have very beautiful landscapes with native plants. Shopping local to showcase what New Mexico has to offer and help out other local businesses.
