Her Interview

Ten minutes with Brie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I stand on the shoulders of giants. Get great mentors. Nobody can do it alone. Even if you can do it alone, nobody should do it alone.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not be daunted by the Old Boys Club. Stick out your hand and introduce yourself. Stand on what you know. Don't hesitate to sit at the table. Don't let imposter syndrome hold you back. When you know your stuff, step up.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Doing something meaningful that contributes to the greater good. It feels great when you can go home and say I did something good today.
