Brieanna Miller
Brieanna Miller is an accomplished hospitality professional and recently joined the Gaylord Rockies. She brings extensive experience managing restaurants and large-scale food and beverage operations for resorts and convention properties, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading high-performing teams. Brieanna’s professional philosophy centers on “making memories”—designing meaningful guest experiences and developing teams capable of providing consistent, high-quality service. She emphasizes honesty, being personable, courage, and professionalism as her guiding values. Brieanna’s career in hospitality began working with her grandmother’s small-town catering business, followed by experience in fast food, before moving to Denver to pursue her education. She honed her skills at the University Club of Denver in white-glove banquets and fine dining, gained valuable experience across private restaurants, bars, hotels, and resorts, including seasonal roles at Snowmass Club and Limelight/SkiCo. Her expertise includes relaunching convention and outlet operations, managing banquet and restaurant teams, and overseeing food and beverage operations in high-volume environments, most recently at Embassy Suites Denver Downtown as Food and Beverage Manager. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Community College of Denver with an Associate’s degree in General Studies, Brieanna also holds ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor and Proctor certifications and is currently studying for a CP-FS certification. She is a member of the National Environmental Health Association and has previously served on the Emerging Leaders Council with the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association, she continues to contribute to the hospitality community while driving operational excellence, cultivating team development, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact on every guest.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn as much as you can. Be willing to wear hats that don't feel like they fit—those experiences are the nuggets of knowledge that help you later in your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in the hospitality industry right now stem from workforce issues driven by high labor costs and economic constraints impacting meetings and events. Despite these challenges, there are significant opportunities to strengthen client relationships and build lasting partnerships by prioritizing honesty, trust, and personal connections. Focusing on these core values allows me to navigate industry pressures while fostering loyalty, collaboration, and meaningful experiences for both clients and colleagues.
