Her Story
About Brielle
I am the Founder and Event Experience Curator of Briella Rosela Events, where I design and bring to life intentional, fully customized experiences from concept to completion. My work is rooted in thoughtful curation, collaborating closely with clients, sourcing trusted vendors, and managing every detail to ensure each event reflects a clear vision, purpose, and lasting impact.
Alongside this, I serve as Co-Partner and Co-Host of Create & Collaborate, a community-centered event series founded by Shaylin Cota. Together, we create spaces that uplift local businesses and bring creatives together in a way that feels genuine, inspiring, and deeply connected. These gatherings are grounded in presence, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful connection is the foundation for growth.
As a soulful-led photographer and founder of Briella Rosela, my work extends beyond imagery. Through branding, portrait, and event photography, I aim to capture not just how something looks but how it feels. My signature experience, Healing Through the Lens, blends guided conversation, mindfulness, and intuitive portraiture to help individuals reconnect with themselves and be seen in their most authentic light.
I am currently pursuing my MBA in International Business, further expanding my perspective on global markets, strategy, and the power of connection across cultures. This academic journey complements my creative work, allowing me to build experiences and partnerships that are both intentional and impactful on a broader scale.
With a certification in alternative healing practices from Place of Bliss Academy, my approach is naturally holistic, weaving together creativity, presence, and emotional awareness. At the core of everything I do is a deep passion for community, connection, and inspiring others to step into their vision. My work is not simply about creating events or capturing moments, it is about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to become all that they are meant to be.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is rooted in my ability to build genuine, meaningful connections while managing multiple projects, co-hosting events, and bringing my dream business to life, but what sustains it goes far deeper than what can be seen outwardly.
Over the past two years, I’ve devoted myself to stillness, to solitude, to turning inward without distraction. In that space, I’ve come to know myself in a more honest and intimate way, uncovering a quiet, unwavering knowing of my true calling. Taking time for myself is what shaped my version of real success. It allowed me to align my mind, body, and spirit, an inner alchemy that not only transformed who I am, but how I connect with others. That harmony has become the divine thread guiding me to show up with intention, presence, and authenticity in every space I enter.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most meaningful career advice I’ve ever received was simple, yet powerful - believe. Believe in who you are, in the value you carry, and in the unique contributions only you can bring into this world. That kind of belief is not loud or performative, it’s steady, grounded, and built over time through self-trust.
Along that journey, I’ve also learned that belief alone is not enough without boundaries. Boundaries are not limitations; they are a form of self-respect. They protect your energy, your values, and your vision, allowing you to show up fully and do your best work without compromise. When you honor your boundaries, you create space for alignment, for the right opportunities, aligned environments, and the right people to meet you where you truly are.
Over time, I’ve come to understand that believing in yourself is the foundation for everything, confidence, growth, resilience, and expansion. It’s what allows you to walk into rooms you once questioned, to trust your voice, and to pursue opportunities that once felt out of reach. When you choose to believe in yourself, you begin to move differently and in that shift, doors don’t just open, they align.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For young women stepping into spaces like community work or consulting, I would gently emphasize something that often gets overlooked in the pursuit of growth and success—the importance of returning to yourself.
In fast-moving, people-centered work, it can be easy to give endlessly, your time, your energy, your presence, without realizing how essential it is to pause and replenish. Taking time for yourself is not a luxury; it is a necessity. It is in those quiet, intentional moments, whether through journaling, a walk in nature, or simply sitting in stillness, that you begin to hear your own voice more clearly beneath the noise of expectation and external pressure.
Stillness creates space for awareness. It allows you to process, to realign, and to move forward not from reaction, but from intention. When you cultivate presence, you begin to approach your work with greater clarity and depth. Your decisions become more thoughtful, your interactions more meaningful, and your leadership more grounded in authenticity rather than urgency.
There is a quiet strength in being centered within yourself. When you nurture that inner steadiness, you are less likely to be swayed by comparison, burnout, or the need to constantly prove your worth. Instead, you operate from a place of knowing, trusting your instincts, honoring your boundaries, and allowing your work to be an extension of who you are, rather than something that consumes you.
Over time, you come to realize that your greatest impact does not come from doing more, but from being fully present in what you choose to do. And from that place, your work carries not only intention, but a depth that others can feel.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the most meaningful challenges in the event and community space today is sustaining intentionality in a world that often moves faster than presence allows. As experiences become more frequent and accessible, there is a risk of them losing their depth, becoming something people attend, rather than something they truly feel and carry with them.
This work asks for more than coordination; it requires care. It requires the ability to slow down, to listen, and to create spaces that are thoughtfully designed with people at the center. The challenge lies in honoring both the vision and the experience, ensuring that every detail, every interaction, and every moment holds purpose.
At the same time, this shift is opening the door to something incredibly powerful. People are seeking spaces where they can reconnect, with themselves and with others in a genuine way. This creates an opportunity to lead with intention, to design experiences that are not only beautiful, but meaningful and lasting.
For me, this industry is not just about hosting events, it’s about creating experiences where presence is felt, connection is organic, and people leave transformed in ways they may not have expected. My passion in bringing people together roots from all of the division and competition I have seen over the years, It gives me purpose to make a difference in gathering people together in unity.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me, in both my work and my personal life, center around being truly seen and recognized, not in a surface-level way, but in a way that honors who I am at my core. To me, being seen goes far beyond appearance or presence in a room. It is about being understood for the depth of your character, the intention behind your actions, and the unique gifts you carry that cannot be replicated.
I value spaces and relationships where there is a genuine appreciation for one another’s light where people are not only acknowledged, but deeply respected for what they bring into the world. Environments where others are curious about your story, where they take the time to understand what has shaped you, and where your presence is not just noticed, but felt and valued.
Being recognized in this way creates a sense of belonging that is rooted in authenticity, not performance. It allows you to show up fully, without the need to filter or diminish any part of yourself. That kind of mutual recognition, where both people feel seen, supported, and appreciated is the foundation of how I choose to connect, collaborate, and build in every area of my life.
For me, it is not just about being valued for what I do, but for who I am, and creating spaces where others can experience that same depth of recognition and appreciation.
