There’s a version of her that almost never existed. The one who spent years locked in anxiety attacks. The one whose self esteem was shaped by attachment wounds she didn’t yet have language for. The one who, for most of her life, looked at her own potential and denied it was attainable for her.That version is still in there somewhere. But she’s not the one running the show anymore.

Before tech, before sales, before any of it, Brigitte was a professional dancer, used to being monitored and judged. Then came an unlikely detour: after a few flopped NFL cheerleader auditions after dancing for multiple professional teams, she chose a brand new path In 2021. Making the huge leap into tech.

Today, Brigitte handles global inside sales. But when you ask her what she actually cares about, the answer is never quota.

It’s the people who remind her of who she used to be.

Her real passion is helping others heal the parts of themselves that convince them to play small. She’s spent years studying attachment theory and self doubt, and now identifies the difference between someone who lacks skill vs someone overqualified who hasn’t realized they’re allowed to use it.

The world’s full of high achievers who don’t believe it yet. Sitting on real proof of what they’re capable of, who are one conversation away from stepping into it. Most of them will never get that chance, because leaders around them either don’t see it or don’t say it.
