Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my passion for bringing creativity into my work and bringing ideas to life behind the scenes. I thrive on launching new locations, ensuring gyms open successfully with well-planned social media and marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors, participating in weekly construction calls, and overseeing operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In addition to my professional experience, I have completed 120 service hours, reflecting my commitment to giving back to the community.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, my current boss Kendell, CMO. She has achieved remarkable success in her career and has always been willing to guide me, answer my questions, and encourage me to grow. Her mentorship has taught me the value of seeking guidance, embracing challenges, and continuously striving to develop both professionally and personally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to take every opportunity available and never hesitate to ask questions. If you know someone in a role you admire, be proactive—reach out, seek their guidance, and learn from their experiences. Be curious, be a sponge for knowledge, and focus on building meaningful connections through networking.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the ability to shape a brand’s presence from the ground up, especially through new club openings and innovative marketing strategies. At CR Fitness, under the Crunch Fitness brand, I have the privilege of leading marketing efforts for new locations, which allows me to combine creativity with strategic planning to make a real impact.

A key challenge in today’s marketing landscape is staying ahead in an ever-evolving digital and social media environment. My experience as an Event Sales Coordinator, Attorney Liaison, and Social Media Marketing Coordinator has given me a diverse skill set to navigate these challenges, from coordinating campaigns and managing vendors to overseeing operations and ensuring smooth launches.

I approach my work with a mindset of continuous learning, always ready to support my team, and dedicated to fostering a positive, productive environment. My guiding philosophy is simple: do what you love, and love what you do.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, dedication, and making a positive impact. Early in my career as a Social Media Manager, I created an event called “Cranium Crash” to help students de-stress during finals week, which brought the facility to full capacity—a project that was incredibly rewarding and demonstrated the power of thoughtful planning and engagement. I am also proud to have been part of opening our 60th location in Florida and witnessing the growth and expansion of our organization.

Outside of work, I value an active and fulfilling lifestyle. I enjoy spending time with my Doberman, Zeus, who accompanies me on many adventures, as well as traveling to explore new places, experience different cultures, and enjoy outdoor activities. I also prioritize socializing and building meaningful connections, both personally and professionally.
