Her experience includes managing plant financials, leading teams, and driving process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Throughout her career, Britnee has held several key leadership roles, including Plant Controller at multiple organizations and Finance Supervisor, where she managed complex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. My advice to young women entering the industry is: the sky is the limit—go for it and don’t hold back.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is managing operations and communication while working remotely across six different plants.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, and openness. I strive to lead by example, whether in my career, as a spouse of 19 years and parent to two children, or as a competitive athlete pursuing challenges like Hyrox competitions, 10Ks, 5Ks, and my first half marathon.
