One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is managing operations and communication while working remotely across six different plants.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, and openness. I strive to lead by example, whether in my career, as a spouse of 19 years and parent to two children, or as a competitive athlete pursuing challenges like Hyrox competitions, 10Ks, 5Ks, and my first half marathon.
