Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success primarily to my children and the desire to set a strong example for them. My goal has always been to show them that anything is possible and to inspire them to believe that they can achieve whatever they set their minds to.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever been given was to treat every customer how I would want someone to treat my grandmother. That really stuck with me, as my grandmother and I are extremely close. I'd always want her to be treated with respect and kindness, and that's how I treat my customers.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be curious, ask questions, and commit to continuous learning. This field is constantly evolving, and once you gain a foothold, there are virtually no limits to what you can achieve with focus, determination, and a willingness to grow.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is its constant evolution, which demands ongoing learning and adaptability. At the same time, this dynamic environment presents significant opportunities for those who are willing to embrace change and innovate.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are setting a strong example for my children, prioritizing family, and cultivating resilience in the face of challenges.
