Her Interview

Ten minutes with Brittany

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my ability to build authentic relationships and connect people and communities in meaningful ways. I’m also deeply grateful for mentors like Alyssa Wilds, Tequila Smith, and Joanne Jamendon, whose guidance and encouragement empowered me to show up as my best self and grow within the waste and recycling field.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most—in both my work and personal life—are commitment, community, and showing up with purpose. As a mom traveling state to state to support my daughter in competitive cheerleading, I understand the importance of dedication and teamwork, and I bring those same values into my work connecting businesses, schools, municipalities, and community organizations to create outcomes that truly matter.
