Brittany Boyette
Hi, I’m Brittany Boyette, the CEO of Brittany Boyette LLC Virtual Services.
I help business owners step out of overwhelm and into clarity by strengthening their systems, elevating their client experience, and building marketing strategies that feel aligned, intentional, and effective.
I’m a strategist with a heart for people. I love meeting with business owners to hear their stories and the WHY behind their dreams; seeing the bigger picture, and helping entrepreneurs create a workflows that finally makes sense for them not just a template they’re expected to fit into.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Studies and three Associate Degrees in Business, Psychology, and Special Education/Middle Grades Education from UNCG. My background blends strategy, communication, and heart allowing me to support my clients with both structure and empathy.
My journey started in a small town in North Carolina, inspired by my son and the lack of inclusive opportunities for neurodivergent children. I began reaching out to local businesses to help create sensory friendly events for kids and sensory items for classrooms. What started as a passion project during COVID grew into my business today; rooted in compassion, community, and the belief that experiences should be built for everyone.
Over the years, I’ve managed events, improved sales and marketing funnels, product design, supported launches, expanded reach and engagement, and created client experiences that lead to long-term success. I’ve helped clients grow from zero to $100K in sponsorships in one year, scale from $97K to $300K in one year, and build operations that finally support the life and business they want.
At my core, I believe in doing business with integrity, empathy, and purpose...while helping entrepreneurs, coaches, mentors, or podcasters feel seen, supported, and empowered in each step of their journey.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a relentless focus on delivering results that truly move the needle for my clients.
As a Brand Growth and Marketing Strategist, I thrive on turning chaos into clarity, building systems that scale, and crafting storytelling-driven strategies that connect with audiences.
My approach has allowed me to help businesses grow, including tripling client revenue, developing high-impact sponsorship models, and creating products that drive substantial business growth.
By combining strategy, execution, and a commitment to meaningful relationships, I ensure every initiative I lead translates into measurable success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
If a door doesn’t open for you and you’re told “no,” it means you’re being REDIRECTED toward YOUR “yes” and what is ALIGNED for you. Remember: rejection is redirection.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not allow anyone to silence your voice!
When you’re in a meeting and the men in the room begin to cut you off or talk over you (and they will; they’re the ones being rude, not you), do NOT go quiet to avoid seeming impolite.
They interrupted you in the middle of your sentence to start theirs.
Keep talking and finish your thought.
You bring a lot to the table...know your worth.
Do not allow anyone to silence you.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are all the “experts” who claim to be subject matter experts but deliver the same cookie cutter templates or experience to every company, instead of truly getting to know each client, their voice, their branding, and how to align their marketing to help them succeed.
They overlook what matters most: creating a genuine five star client experience.
With that being said, the greatest opportunity in my industry is simple...take the time to truly get to know your clients.
They are not just a number; they are real people, real families, and real dreams they are trying to build.
Treat them that way and you will see meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are inclusivity, advocacy, and meaningful connection.
Integrity comes first. I believe in doing what’s right even when no one is watching, showing up for people with honesty, transparency, and a genuine care for their success.
Resilience is the muscle I’ve built over years of navigating isolation, fire drills, and the unexpected narcissistic clients. I don’t quit... I keep moving forward, I learn, and I try again.
Empowerment is at the center of how I serve. Whether it’s clients, collaborators, or the people I love, I want others to feel seen, supported, and capable of chasing whatever dream is tugging at their heart.
Excellence matters. Not perfection...excellence. Showing up with quality, intention, and a standard of care that says, “You matter and your business matters.”
Authenticity is my non negotiable. I believe in showing up as myself...no fluff, no masks...just real connection and real conversations. Let's have the hard conversation, let's cheer each other on, let's find your voice and your audience through aligned marketing.
And lastly, Vision. I think big, I plan boldly, and I stay rooted in where I’m headed, even when the path isn’t perfectly clear. Vision is what turns “someday” into action...aka Chaos Coordinator.
These values guide how I lead, how I serve, and how I build relationships.
