What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take your shot. Opportunities won’t always come to you, you have to be willing to step up, take risks, and go after what you want.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering my industry to stand strong and be confident. Trust yourself and your faith, take chances, and don’t be afraid to “shoot your shot,” even when it feels outside your comfort zone.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
