Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the opportunities real estate offers—what you put in is what you get out. I’m fortunate to have an exceptional team and a supportive leader, which allows me to pursue my passions, from teaching and speaking on panels to hosting trainings and helping grow a mortgage company. Real estate lets me do everything I love under one roof, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by such a strong, collaborative team.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Ask for what you want—because the worst they can say is no.”

That advice changed everything for me. Too often, especially as women, we wait to be recognized, offered opportunities, or invited to the next level. But growth doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from advocating for yourself.

Whether it’s negotiating your salary, asking for a sign-on bonus, going for a promotion, or stepping into a bigger role, you have to give yourself the opportunity first. Don’t assume someone else will see your potential and hand it to you—own it, ask for it, and be confident in what you bring to the table.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

First, find a mentor—but be intentional. Choose someone who is living the life you want, not just someone you like. Look for someone in the position you aspire to, making the impact or income you’re working toward, and study how they got there.

Second, don’t shrink yourself. You don’t need to be “one of the boys,” and you don’t need to compete with the women around you. You are where you are because of every step you’ve taken to get there—you’ve earned it.

Don’t let anyone make you feel small or question your place in the room. Your voice matters. Your experiences matter. Your ideas matter. Speak up, even if not everyone listens—because staying true to yourself is where real confidence is built.

You don’t need permission to take up space—you just need the confidence to own it.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is connecting with more businesses and individuals each day and making a meaningful impact through those relationships. The challenge—and the reward—lies in consistently finding ways to create value and make a difference every single day.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

At my core, I believe in staying true to myself and lifting others up along the way. Success isn’t meant to be a solo journey—it’s built through the people you surround yourself with and how you show up for them.

I live by the idea that a rising tide raises all ships. Lift yourself up, and then reach back and help the next person do the same. Advocate for others, amplify their voices, and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

To me, real success is about alignment, integrity, and community—not just what you achieve, but who you bring with you.
