Her Interview

Ten minutes with Brittany

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from God, resilience, and a willingness to keep learning. Every opportunity, every open door, and every season of growth has been guided by His timing. I try to show up each day with humility, gratitude, and a teachable spirit. That combination has carried me farther than anything else.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve received is to trust my voice while giving myself grace. You can be proud of who you are and still want more for yourself. Speak with confidence, ask questions, and don’t shrink yourself to make others comfortable. Someone once told me, “Use your voice… you belong in the room,” and that reminder continues to guide me. Growth happens when you advocate for yourself, stay teachable, and remain open to being stretched.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be brave, be curious, and be willing to learn. Ask questions even when you feel uncertain. Take notes, absorb everything you can, and don’t let fear convince you to play small. This industry is built on relationships, your empathy, your intuition, and your kindness are strengths that set you apart. Show up with confidence and know that you belong here.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Communication is one of the biggest challenges, whether it’s generational gaps, different work styles, or unclear expectations. But within that challenge lies huge opportunity. The field needs leaders who listen well, build trust, and bridge those gaps with empathy. There’s tremendous potential for training, stronger support systems, and empowering inside sales teams to feel aligned and confident. I want to be part of that shift.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, and follow through matter deeply to me. If I say I’ll do something, I want my actions to reflect that. I value empathy, choosing to see people’s hearts, not just their mistakes. And my faith shapes how I lead, how I communicate, and how I show up for others in every part of my life.
