I am a healthcare office management and practice operations professional with over fifteen years of experience in medical practice administration, human resources, data analysis, and regulatory program management, currently serving as Office Manager at David M. Byrens, M.D., P.C. in Marshall, Michigan, a role I have held since September 2010, where I manage human resources, data analysis, technology, and day-to-day operations, specializing in government regulatory programming and leading the practice to achieve high performance marks in Patient Centered Medical Home, Blue Cross Blue Shield Value Based Care Reimbursement, Comprehensive Primary Care Plus, and Primary Care First.

I also serve as a Practice Consultant at Integrated Health Partners, a hybrid role I have held since May 2024, where I provide practice consulting and project management support.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Albion College, where I also studied Spanish and Art, participated in theater and music, and was a member of Alpha Chi Omega. I also spent a semester abroad.
