Brittany McWaters

Brittany McWaters is the East Regional Sales Manager at Force of Nature Meats, where she plays a vital role in expanding access to grass-fed, pasture-raised, and regeneratively sourced meats across the United States. With a strong background in sales, accounting, and marketing, Brittany brings over eight years of experience driving growth and fostering meaningful relationships with retail partners and distributors. Her leadership helps bridge the gap between sustainable ranching practices and modern consumers, ensuring that more communities can enjoy ethically raised, environmentally responsible meat options.
Before joining Force of Nature, Brittany spent six years at GS Gelato & Desserts, where she advanced from Sales and AR Manager to Retail Account Manager. In that role, she honed her expertise in client relations, product distribution, and brand growth—skills she continues to apply in her current position. Brittany’s passion for her work stems from her belief in conscious consumption and her dedication to supporting regenerative agriculture, which restores ecosystems while providing healthy food choices.
Based in Florida, Brittany balances her professional success with a love of community, wellness, and the outdoors. She takes pride in representing a brand that is transforming the food industry “one pasture at a time” and remains committed to advancing sustainable solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
