About Brittany
I am a marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving philanthropic support, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns across nonprofit, agency, and retail sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Foundation Marketing at NMDP, a role I have held since December 2023, where I direct marketing strategy driving fifteen million dollars in philanthropic support across twelve Foundation program areas, lead on the marketing AI working group, restructured team design to align with the five-year Strategic Plan, and foster a culture of equity and inclusion across brand and marketing teams. In this role, I also collaborate on cross-functional rebranding, identified ninety thousand dollars in potential SEO impact from rebranding, curated SEM campaigns generating over one hundred thirteen thousand dollars in new donor revenue, developed B2B and B2C brand strategy for research and patient service teams, oversee UX and architecture across seven web platforms, drive constituent engagement strategy for a one-hundred-million-dollar capital campaign, created a research translation process packaging findings across twenty-five-plus studies annually, and manage a three-million-dollar annual budget.
Prior to this role, I served as Manager of Patient and Translational Marketing at NMDP for over three years and as Marketer for five months, where I developed and executed marketing strategies to support patient services and translational research. Before joining NMDP, I served as Strategic Alliance Specialist at MarketingLab for five months, where I vetted potential clients for long-term partnerships and developed core service offerings, and as Account Executive for Phillips Distilling for two years, where I attained a fifty percent sales lift increase from an in-store signage campaign and managed a website relaunch that increased sales by eleven percent. I also served as Project Manager for Rich Products for one year, establishing partnerships between frozen seafood and wine brands.
Earlier in my career, I spent over seven years at MainGate Inc. in progressively responsible roles, including Visual Manager and Assistant Buyer for NFL and Special Events, where I directed a one-point-five-million-dollar budget to design and open twenty-eight new retail stores at US Bank Stadium, implemented electronic retail store layouts for six NFL stadiums, and managed visual merchandising for Super Bowl XLVI, XLVII, and XLVIII. I also served as Visual Coordinator and Program Coordinator for NFL, where I produced visual merchandising manuals, managed in-store marketing, and planned merchandise assortments and visual displays for multiple NFL stadiums.
I hold an MBA in Marketing from the UMN Carlson School of Management and completed the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School, where I was selected from a competitive pool of rising leaders across business, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Across my career in marketing, brand strategy, and nonprofit leadership, my work has been driven by a commitment to strategic storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and building brands that inspire action and create lasting impact. Whether I am leading marketing strategy for a nonprofit, driving donor engagement, or managing visual merchandising for the NFL, I bring a creative, analytical, and collaborative approach to everything I do. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing mission-driven marketing at NMDP.
