I attribute my success to a combination of opportunity, curiosity, and strong support. I began my career in banking, transitioned into mortgage processing, and quickly immersed myself in learning every aspect of the mortgage industry—ultimately discovering a career I truly love. Today, I advise companies on optimizing their systems at Lender Toolkit, with a strong focus on emerging technologies like AI, and I credit much of my drive and confidence to my grandmother, who always encouraged me to believe I could do anything and nurtured my lifelong passion for technology.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center around balance, curiosity, and enjoyment of life. I value working hard and continuing to learn, while also making time for the things I love—deep-sea fishing, catching lobster, spending time with my dog, and enjoying all things Disney—which help keep me grounded and motivated.
