Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to actively listening to others and understanding their needs, which allows me to connect the right people with the right opportunities. I am committed to continuous improvement and take pride in contributing to the growth and development of the workforce at every organization I have been a part of.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I am the “Director of First Impressions.” I am giving a glimpse of what the company I’m representing is like.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to listen more than they speak. By observing, learning from others, and understanding the dynamics around you, you can gain valuable insights, build stronger relationships, and make more informed decisions that advance your career.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is the recruitment process becoming more transactional and less human. With AI on the rise and not slowing down any time soon, it seems the value of human connection and building rapport in the process is becoming less and less. Which is effecting hiring and company culture.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The value most important to me in both my work and personal life is continuous improvement—always striving to be better than I was the day before. This mindset drives me to grow, learn from experiences, and approach each challenge with dedication and purpose.
