01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't let your title or status limit the impact that you can make. Coming in brand new, I intentionally came in just to get my foot in the door and to learn, and I don't hold my title with any sense of limit. I've been able to talk to my CEO and supervisors about the possibilities my experience could bring.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never stop learning. As a child of immigrant parents, first generation, single mother in a transitional profession, the most important thing is to never stop learning. Education is so powerful, and the more you learn, whether it's painting your nails to finding a whole new career, the possibilities and opportunities are limitless.
