About Brittany
Brittany Rowland is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur, and human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in business operations, organizational development, and healthcare practice management. As the Founder and President of Opulent Management Solutions, LLC, she partners with healthcare organizations and female-owned medical practices to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, branding, financial management, and long-term business growth. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of JR Security Consultants LLC, where she oversees strategic initiatives and organizational performance.
Before launching her consulting firm, Brittany built an extensive career in human resources, business operations, and compliance, including leadership positions within healthcare organizations and financial services. Her broad professional background enables her to deliver practical business solutions that help organizations strengthen operations while positioning them for sustainable success. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with concentrations in Business Communication and Human Resource Management from Touro University after completing an Associate of Science in Business Administration at Suffolk County Community College, where she graduated with High Honors and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa.
Passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs, Brittany founded Opulent Management Solutions with the vision of helping women transform their clinical expertise into successful businesses. She is committed to mentoring healthcare professionals, encouraging greater female representation in leadership, and providing the strategic guidance necessary for long-term success. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new cultures, and attending Broadway productions, experiences that inspire the creativity and perspective she brings to her clients and her leadership.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage women to believe in their abilities and not allow barriers or underrepresentation to define their potential. Build your knowledge, seek mentors, remain confident in your expertise, and never be afraid to lead. By supporting one another and pursuing opportunities with determination, we can continue creating more women-owned businesses and stronger female leadership throughout healthcare.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest opportunities is helping more women successfully build and grow healthcare businesses. Many talented professionals have the expertise to succeed but need guidance with business operations, compliance, branding, and strategic planning. By providing those resources and mentorship, we can remove barriers to entrepreneurship while strengthening healthcare organizations and improving patient care.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and service are the values that guide everything I do. I believe in building lasting relationships through trust, delivering high-quality work, continuously learning, and empowering others to reach their full potential. Supporting women in business and maintaining a strong balance between professional success and family are central to my personal and professional life.
