I am a marketing paralegal and compliance professional with a strong background in intellectual property, advertising law, and regulatory compliance, currently serving as Senior Marketing Paralegal at PetSmart, a role I have held since October 2024, where I provide legal support for marketing initiatives, oversee consumer-facing content for compliance, and ensure adherence to FTC and FCC regulations across all promotional materials.

Prior to this role, I spent over seven years at Carvana in progressively responsible roles, including Intellectual Property and Marketing Junior Paralegal, Intellectual Property and Marketing Legal Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Treasury Operations Senior Associate, Treasury Operations Associate, and Risk Assessor. In these roles, I supported sweepstakes and contest promotions by drafting terms and conditions, oversaw influencer partnerships by drafting agreements, managed social media and marketing materials from a legal perspective, conducted trademark clearance searches, enforced trademark infringement, managed ticketing systems to review consumer-facing content, implemented FTC and FCC regulations including Dark Patterns, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and UDAAP, researched and responded to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaints, and managed company-wide policies and compliance initiatives.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Real Estate Agent at Sync Realty for nearly three years, as Event Assistant at Thrive Events, Inc. for four months, and as Community Assistant at The District on Apache for over a year.
