Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The most consistent advice I offer—especially to those considering a career pivot—is to be intentional. Ask thoughtful questions and take the time to understand not only what a role demands, but also what it offers in return. Each transition in my career has been guided by this mindset, and it is an approach I continue to carry forward as I grow professionally.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the most significant challenges—and opportunities—in my field is closing the wealth gap between women and their male counterparts. Equally important is creating spaces where women feel confident and empowered to engage in conversations about money, particularly as it relates to long-term financial security. Normalizing these discussions is essential to driving meaningful change and economic equity.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

At the core of everything I do are integrity, intention, and advocacy. I am committed to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and I approach every client interaction with honesty, clarity, and care. I am deeply motivated by work that creates meaningful impact—whether that involves helping a family navigate a complex system or empowering women to feel confident and informed about their financial future. I value lifelong learning, thoughtful communication, and building trust through consistency. Above all, I believe success should be measured not only by professional growth, but by the positive difference we make in the lives of others.
