Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith has built a career in property management over the past four years. She began as a leasing agent during the pandemic and advanced through roles as assistant manager to property manager. In addition, she owns a tax preparation business that she started six years ago after learning to prepare taxes herself and working with Intuit TurboTax, and she operates a notary public business called Cornerstone Signing Group, which she opened at the beginning of the year. Her educational background includes graduating from Patterson High School in Louisiana in 2008, completing a medical assistant program at an institute in Baton Rouge, and earning an associate's degree in business management from Bryant and Stratton College in 2020 followed by a bachelor's degree in business administration from the same college in 2023. She holds a Certified Property Agent credential. Brittany serves as president of a social club since 2022 and leads community events including adopting roads, feeding the homeless, community car washes, and holiday givebacks on the peninsula in Virginia.
