01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to make a plan. And even though that, you know, the roads and pathways may change, stick to, you know, always keep their North Star in mind. Keep their goal, and remember exactly why they wanted to create whatever that thing is in the first place. I come back to the reason of why I do the things that I do, and it just keeps you motivated. And then keep that goal in mind, keep it on the tip of their tongue every day. Put it in the universe, hang it on the wall. Know where they want to reach and you know when they get there, it'll be all worth it.
