About Brittany
I started in the industry by falling into it after finishing college. I was a communications studies major with dreams of marketing or communications. A family friend who was a recruiter at the GC I'm currently working at helped me land there. I started in marketing and supporting business development efforts in the AEC industry. I worked my way up as the company grew and now oversee our communications team of three people.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I have a really good support system personally and professionally. I have a really good family support system and friend support system, and a really good support system in my corporate work life with good mentors over my last 11 years.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Trust, transparency, and collaboration are important to me. I lead with empathy and always try to meet people where they are to best support them.
