About Brittany
She is a multifaceted academic, wellness entrepreneur, and holistic health advocate with expertise in psychology, nutrition, yoga instruction, and menstrual health education. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Arizona State University with a 4.0 GPA, she serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for courses in Professional Issues in Psychology and Fundamentals in Quantitative Methods, and as a Graduate Research Assistant across multiple labs including the 911 Lab, the ESCP Lab, and the TEMPE Lab, conducting research on topics ranging from suspect behavior to student-centered pedagogy and mental health impact on Black women. She is the Founder of Kick Cramp's Ass, a pioneering platform dedicated to menstrual health, womb wellness, and combatting period poverty, where she offers workshops, a podcast, plant-based nutritional counseling, and menstrual hygiene products. She also teaches livestream yoga, Pilates, meditation, and breathwork classes through My Vinyasa Practice. She has previously served as Operations Manager for Sober Black Girls Club and as Founder of New Nation Goddess, Inc., providing business consulting and nutritional counseling. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She is recognized as a passionate, visionary, and empowering leader who integrates academic rigor with holistic wellness to create meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities.
