She is currently playing a pivotal role in Medtronic’s ongoing Customer Quality Recall QMS Transformation project and the development of standardized electronic repositories for corrective action documentation—driving measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and alignment across global teams.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace failure as a powerful teacher. While setbacks are common, they are essential for building resilience and fueling your passion to become your best self. Don’t let failures define you or discourage you from moving forward—each challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen your resolve. Breaking into the field is just the first step; perseverance and self-belief are what will carry you through. What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is harnessing the power of AI to transform quality and compliance processes. By developing innovative, AI-driven solutions, we can more effectively adhere to global regulations, streamline workflows, and ultimately make a tremendous impact for customers and patients in need. Keeping a patient-centered mindset at the core of these advancements ensures that technological innovation translates into meaningful outcomes for those we serve. Conversely, the greatest challenge lies in delivering solutions that work seamlessly across diverse global markets. Creating a standardized, scalable process that meets varying regulatory requirements—and being among the first in the industry to achieve this—demands both vision and collaboration. Navigating these complexities is essential to driving progress and maintaining Medtronic’s leadership in quality and compliance.
